Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your B.HER purchase. If something isn’t right, contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with any original tags attached.

Returns for sizing, fit, or change of mind are issued as store credit on a B.HER gift card. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method or direct exchanges for these returns. You may use your gift card toward a new purchase.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Eligible discounted items receive store credit for the amount actually paid.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for sizing, fit, or change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. B.HER will cover any required return shipping for these items.

To start a return, use our Contact Us page and include your order number and reason for the request. Please wait for approval and return instructions before mailing your item. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

Gift card credit or an applicable refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the return, unless we confirm that a return is unnecessary.
