We want you to love your B.HER purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or washing cannot be accepted.

Final sale and discounted items are non-refundable.

Approved returns may be issued as store credit or an exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
